Adobe Campaign

Hi,I am looking for a way to add existing instance to user's profile in Campaign Control Panel. I assigned the Product profile and gave the administration right, but still the instance is not available under Instance lists, for example: for IP whitelisting section.Can you give me a hint what should be done here? Thanks,Dominik

As you can see, in the field is shown 57030, which is the primary key of the selected Operator. Would there be any way to show in that field another thing? For example, the Label @parthasarathy @parvesh_parmar @_manoj_kumar_ 

I am wanting to send an email which contains content data from a file, this data is generic i.e. it doesn't relate to a specific profile, it is purely email content. I think this can be done using the API, but I am trying to find a way to do it with a Load File in the first instance if possible. 1. I want to run a query that finds the people the email is going to go to.2. Load a file with the additional data.3. Enrich each email address with the additional data4. Send email with the additional data The issue I am facing is that I have to reconcile the load file data to the profile, but there is no reconciliation as the data is generic for all profiles, I simple want to append the data to the temporary resource so I can use the content inside the email. Is there a way to do this? I thought I had a fallback method of creating a table that has the data contained inside it, so the load file updates the table with the data to be used in the email, and then I simply use t

Is there a way to customize report visuals such as bar / line color, width, etc. in ACC?  I have the report built and the data loads correctly but i'm totally missing any personalization options.  Any help would be much appreciated.  My example report is below.  

It is necessary to be able to control and modify the contact data for each recipient (email, phone, address, etc.) used in each delivery.  In other words, for an email delivery, it should be possible to choose which email address the delivery is sent to for each recipient, without necessarily using the email stored in the recipient schema.  For example, a customer creates an account with the email address xxx@gmail.com, and that address is stored in the recipient schema. However, later on, the customer leaves a form on the website with the email address yyy@gmail.com, and additionally signs up for another service with a third address, zzz@gmail.com.  Campaign A should be sent to the recipient at the address yyy@gmail.com, and Campaign B to zzz@gmail.com. Hi!!at our company we finally managed to send our first push in production to all our subscribers (not profiles) - adobe campaign standard. however, because all our products use the same server, the heavy number of visits at the same time almost crashed our systems and made all the products super slow. therefore, our devops team is asking us to not send push to all our subscribers at once, but to split the sending of the pushes throughout the day. is there a way for us to automatically create a push that will be sent in different times of the day to our subscribers? Something like each hour send to 10k subscribers or something like that. We are not using audiences and profiles yet. If the solution is through a workflow, any example of how it can be done?thanks in advance  

Hi Team, There is a Use Case that we have 20+ Delivery Templates to be configured so that Email's/SMS can be sent from a Workflow. It is difficult to manage the Delivery Logs getting created if we use 20+ Recurring Deliveries as it occupies more space as it creates a Delivery for each Run. We get the Data via External Signal activity which will run many times in a day i e, for each record mostly a Delivery in the Deliveries Tab will get created, which will occupy large space in our Server. Could you Please let me know how to manage creating all the Deliveries (1 Delivery for 1 week/1 Day instead of 1 Delivery for each run of the Workflow), so that it would be feasible and better solution? Regards,Pravallika.

Hello All, I am on v8 and using the Out of Box available newWebApp template to create our WebApp.This template has a Query Activity, which we would like to useWe would want to parameterize, this activity like we do for workflow, for ex in the filter clause we would like to use something like $(ctx/vars/@email). When we use this in the activity, and later run we get the following errorXTK-170018 Parameter of query 'ctx/vars/@email' is not defined in current context. Is parameterization, possible here ? Please help    Regards,DG     

Does Adobe Campaign have any functionality for delivery versioning? We are referring to a field that is part of the delivery table and that is updated with the delivery version number after each execution.  So, if a delivery is executed every day, after a week there will be 7 versions, after a month 30, and after a year 365. This field would serve to identify who received each version, what creativity or properties each version contained, etc. It should only be updated when the delivery is sent (not when it is prepared). Thank you in advance@parthasarathy @_manoj_kumar_

Hi! the field @2503248 of my database is formated all in Uppercase (example: DAVID, JOHN,MARIE...) But i would like to personalise my  email delivery so i can use correctly the names (David, John, Marie). How can i do to preserve the first letter as uppercase but transform the others to lowercase? Thank you!

Can I update a Profile's Org Unit using the Update Data activity? I have set up an acquisition landing page to collect Profiles. The business wants to collect Profiles for two different services on this landing page. The services are in different Org Units. I want to collect the Profiles as Org Unit = All (all) and then update the Org Unit to a different one. How can I do that with the Update activity? I have found this page (Updating a profile’s Organizational unit) but I want to do it within a workflow.

Hi, In scheduled campaigns in some workflows we are using File transfer activity and in some workflows we using the readlist  activity. Some time workflows are getting into error state and we are getting error notifications, Is there a way to get an unique notification for this type of error.(we are getting several notification so that we are missing it) Can anyone help on this. Thanks & regards Gowtham raj 

I need to format a date in an email, but is not working, is this only working for adobe campaign classic and not standard? I tried formating in the query activity but didnt work, so I thought I tried in the email html body but doesnt work either,? Hello ,How long do deliveries generally takes to process within Campaign -- before actual sending of email?The processing and sending is taking substantially longer.The success rate is in the 97-99% range, however some of the deliveries itself take up to 45 min. With in same campaign , delivery is scheduled everyday at 5 p.m . I have a dataset with customers is and their max spending store code. I have another table with their transaction details. I need pull top 30% spenders from each store. How can I do this is ACS?

When I open the Quarantine addresses table (Administration > Channels > Quarantines > Addresses) columns like Status and Error reason show normal text. However, when I export the contents of the table thes columns are filled with numbers (codes). Where can I see which number corresponds to which text?
