How to identify which input form is used in each tab?

For example: When creating a new Campaign, the input form used is newOperation. Where is it mentioned? How can I know what input form is used starting off the new campaign tab?

    Hi there, one way is to filter in the Input Form folder using the "data" contains "yourHopefullyUniqueString" as filter.
    In your case, I would search for the string "Complete or change the"  since it appears as a <static>  tag in the form.
