Adobe Campaign

Hi,The functionality to update Status from "Sent" to "Received on Mobile" used to work.It suddenly stopped working. We raised this with Adobe team as well.  We checked in nms:providerMsgId, and the status is showing as "Received on Mobile". But the same status is not getting updated in Delivery logs. Did anyone face this issue. Is there any script or workflow which is being used in Back end to check this status and update it? Any documentation for this will help. We checked from SMS Vendor the data is coming from their side and getting updated in NMSProvider but not in Delivery logs Thanks,Krishna  

Hello We are trying to setup ACC to relay email through another MTA on our network.We've managed to do this by editing the serverside configuration XML for the instance and adding the <mta> relay configuration.However the performance is limited to 75 messages per minute for some reason. We cannot seem to figure out where this is configuredand how we can change this. We have tried to add an MX rule but it's not being take into account (logically).Any advise on where to go from here , since 75/m is not realy the performance we're looking for , and our MTA can accept much much more traffic then that.Appreciated for any pointers,

We have an ask where we one to store one to many information against a broadlog entry. For example we are sending multiple deals in an email and want to store the details of those deals associated with the broadlog entry. So one entry will have 2 child records into the second table say "detailedBroadlogRcp" if one customer is sent 2 deals via the email. The manual way could be that in the workflow business team writes the deals record after the delivery activity. We prefer to design the platform in a way that it will be automatically processed by the platform instead of business team writting to the table after the delivery activity. Thinking about it as something similar to HCL Unica Detailed Contact History. A high level representation of the data used in campaign. We have been trying to implement push tracking in our app (Android only) using this documentation:https://experienceleague.adobe.com/docs/campaign-standard/using/administrating/configuring-mobile/push-tracking.html?lang=enand even opened a ticket with Adobe (no success) but we are still not getting push track information on ACS. During our call with Adobe team, the technical support shared with us documentation but it was for ACC. However, he told us that regardless of the Campaign platform, the app should pass the mId, cId, dId. And we are:   I know this thread here (https://experienceleaguecommunities.adobe.com/t5/adobe-campaign-classic-questions/push-tracking-back-in-ac/td-p/600649) is about ACC, but I´ve the same question, is a parameters/variables setup necessary? Should any config be done on Adobe Launch´s side or ACS?We can´t get anything other than:

Hi there,It's a simple task. I want to load from a source table to another table.In this case I am making a query by Activity Query on a table (source table) and then using Activity Update Data to insert it into the <destination table>, which is empty.The two tables have the same structure. But I still get an error that doesn't make sense:WKF-560029 The document types of inbound events ('<source table>' and '<destination table>') are incompatible (step 'Update data 7'). Unable to perform the operation.I've already done several tests. And so far I have no idea what could be causing this problem.I believe it is a small detail. Because loading a table is a simple task. Someone outside the box help me see what I'm not seeing, please. Thanks! Regards

Hello, Is it possible to use conditional HTML formatting in a Transactional Email Template based off of an RT event value? I've been testing with something basic like this: <% if ( <%= rtEvent.ctx.email.@type %> == 'Order' ) { %>Your Order is en route<% } %><% else { %>Your Order is delayed<% } %> I'm testing based on proofs with a seed address that has the following two CTX values: <ctx><email location="somewhere" type="Order"/></ctx>  When I analyze a proof to send, it shows an error around htmlContent -- so I'm wondering if this is just not available functionality in message center. But maybe (hopefully), I'm just doing something wrong. What do you think? Thanks!

In my nms:Recipients, the Adobe Campaign Out Of the Box table,  we have a field called:  manager, that we want to use as BCC. So everytime a client recieves an email, their manager also recieves it.How to do this?  In delivery template I see "Email BCC" , in the delivery tab, but where do I configure the actual BCC email to be used? 

Team,By Mistake, if a workflow or delivery (executed) get deleted, is there any way to recover that deleted workflow or delivery?Is there any recycle table or anything? Thanks!

Hi there, We started using AEP and the RT-CDP feature. In AEP, there is a HTTP API Destination connector that allows AEP to POST profile data to an API. I am wondering if ACS has some kind of API endpoint that AEP can POST the data to initiate an outbound communication? I looked into the External API function, but it seems to be able to perform GET function (fetch something from an API), as opposed to receiving data from a POST function. Wondering if anyone has a solution for this? Thanks.

We are not able to access List data in adobe campaign, we can see the list name....IN ADOBE campaign upon checking in database we cant find this 'grp table' : any idea why this list data is not access these tables is there any workflow which is deleting the tables?///          

For optimizing analytics, we're looking for a way to configure a brand so the UTM parameters passed will depend on the Campaign Standard e-mail being sent. We assume this must be possible, and that the way to do it is to use applicability conditions in the brand configuration that uses an e-mail's Campaign ID (i.e. DMxxxx), e.g.Parameter name: utm_campaign - Parameter value: 'Mailing X' - applicability condition: "when E-Mail has ID DMxxxx"  We think the answer will be as simple "<function> == 'DMxxxx'", but we can't figure out the right function. Are we even on the right track? UPDATE:Original question has been answered correctly for typical scenarios. Unfortunately, as mentioned in my reply below, I'm looking at a specific scenario where I can't address mailings via DM#, and presumably would need to pass utm_campaign based on a WKF#. Is that even possible?

Hello, I am trying to build a workflow where I extract dynamically the answers from surveys, the answers are stored in the temp schema temp:webAppLogRcpData. To access the temp schema I need to use the activity "Survey Responses", if there is any other way please let me know. I am trying to introduce the WebApp via JS in teh advanced tab:activity.survey.internalName = "YYYY"But this is not working. I have also tried to introduce:activity.survey_cs = "XXXX (YYYYY)"activity.extension.schema[0].element.sysFilter.condition.expr= "[webAppLogRcp/webApp/@internalName] = 'YYYYY"activity.survey.internalName = "YYYYY"; But it is also not working. The activity runs but extracts the information from the Webapp I have selected in the General tab. Can anyone help me with this?
