Workflow not running because of alias

Hi, whenever we keep the alias unchanged for the enrichment box, the workflow is running fine.Please help

@sanjana12 , you might be using the alias in some other activity in the workflow. That's the reason you're getting the error.

Check where you had used that particular alias in other activities in the workflow, next to enrichment.

Or Right click your workflow > Edit XML Source.. > search with your alias. You can find in which activity you had used it.

Hi, whenever we change the alias name for our enrichment activity, the workflow doesn't run

This is happening because the activity after enrichment is configured to use the old alias.

If you want to change the alias of enrichment then make sure there activities where enrichment is referenced are updated as well.
