Adobe Campaign

I am trying to add Adobe Fonts from my Creative Cloud to my ACS, but am coming up short when it comes to where I am supposed to put the coding. Does anyone have any additional insight on how I am supposed to do this? Or is there an easier way I'm missing? It seems kind of crazy to me that it would be this complicated to use Adobe fonts in another Adobe program... Thanks!

Hey Everyone.  I have an email that goes out monthly, and I can pull the tracking data, but it's only showing the profiles that opened and clicked. I'm looking to include the profile that received the email but didn't engage. I feel like this is simple, but it's not clicking in my head how to do it.

Testing AI Assistant in Campaign v8: what works, what doesn’t.. Here’s what I found so far:   For images, it’s ok, but I still prefer generating them with Firefly separately and then inserting them on the email. For copy, the results look encouraging, though I see opportunities to refine further.   I’d love to hear from the community:   Are the emails it generates truly optimized, or do you still need a design resource? How well does the copy align with brand standards, tone, and quality? For visuals, do you rely on brand assets, or is the AI good enough out of the box? What’s been your experience? Hello,We have detected that, in some active campaigns in Adobe Campaign, the “end date” is automatically changed to 5 days after the “start date,” despite different “end dates” being specified.We have two campaigns:First one is being configured with start date=01/01/2020 and end date=06/01/2029, and changed its end date to 06/01/2020 (5 days after the start date)The same thing happened in another campaign. In this case: start date = 07/11/2022, end date = 31/12/2025, the end date was changed to 12/11/2025 (again, 5 days after the “start date”).This behavior hinders the proper execution of campaigns, since, at the user's request, we have configured a “typology rule” that only allows campaigns to be executed if the execution date is between the “start date” and the “end date.”Thanks in advance!Mostrar menos

Hi Team,I’ve been trying to capture and export waterfall counts at different stages of my workflow in Adobe Campaign v8. For example:After the Query activity, the count is 100 records.After the Exclusion activity, it reduces to 75.After the Delivery activity, it becomes 50.I want to export these counts within the same workflow for tracking and reporting purposes.I attempted using the WorkflowTask and Workflow schemas, but unfortunately, it didn’t work as expected in v8. We are encountering a persistent problem after our recent Adobe Campaign upgrade and would like to seek advice from anyone who has seen this before. Our current lency version [7.3.3- 9350] is working without any issue. when we try to upgrade new console version to7.4.2, the error occurred:  Error attached below: Console get IN-150012 error when to connect Adobe nlserver with URL What We Tried TodayUpgraded niserver to 7.4.2 build 9391 → both httpd and niserver started successfully, but the 400 Bad Request error persisted when connecting from the client console to nlserver.Reverted back to 7.3.3 build 9535 with IMS patch (7.3.3 IMS build) → the same 400 error continued when connecting from client console.Curl tests: From an internal server, hitting /xtk and /nl endpoints via DNS over HTTPS → all returned 200 OK. Note: We have no network level change from both level 7 and level 4 Notes on IMS Server-to-Server AuthenticationWe confirmed that server-to-server

Hello community, We are experiencing the following issue: occasionally, when running workflows, we get the following error in some deliveries "ORA-210000 Oracle error: ORA-01555: snapshot too old: rollback segment number N with name "X" too small". These are isolated errors that do not happen always in the same workflows and always work when re-run. What could be causing this? Thanks

I have created a JSSP in adobe campaign classic v7. Hi Team,I'm working on a web application where I need to display recipient details in a table.The table have columns for ID (Primary Key), First Name, and Last Name. and Above the table, there is an input field for the First Name. When a user enters a First Name and submit the button, the below table should dynamically populate with matching recipient records. for the column of (ID (Primary Key), First Name, and Last Name)I've created a QueryDef to fetch recipient details, and the data is stored in ctx.vars.recipientDetails.I want to filter this data based on the First Name input and display the records in the table.FYI: Table and first name search both in the same page and configured Query def(JS Activity) before this page activity.Can anyone help on the further enhancement.Please let me know incase of further details.

Hello community, We have limited the time frame for sending emails to between 21:00 and 8:00. To do this, in the deliveries section, under the scheduling option, in ‘Contact date calculation’, we have included the following formula that allows the sending to be postponed to the enabled hours Iif(Hour(GetDate())>=21,AddHours(ToDate(AddDays(GetDate(),1)),8),Iif(Hour(GetDate())<8,AddHours(ToDate(GetDate()),8),GetDate())) On the other hand, we use the waves feature to send emails in several batches, with the ‘send using multiple waves’ delivery option. The problem we have is that the time restriction is applied to the first wave but not to the following ones. How can we manage this so that all waves are sent within the enabled time range and if one of them falls within the range we do not want, that wave is postponed and the following ones are executed accordingly? Thanks

I have a webApp where it reads 3 data field values from an input form. On submit click it should compute a custom field value based on other inputs and save the record into a table. I'm able to read and capture the input using Page v5 compatibility node with html and js script. However I'm unable to save the captured record into table. I tried below function in the same Page v5 node and also tried in a script node after Page v5 node but no luck. I need to customize the RTE options provided in the email delivery for Adobe Campaign classic. Is it possible to add more features to the RTE, other than what is default provided? How can we achieve that.

Hello,We are currently facing an issue with recurring freezes in Campaign Workflows.During our investigation, we enabled the verbose mode and noticed that this setting seemed to significantly reduce the freeze occurrences.Has anyone else encountered this issue? If so, how was it resolved?

Hi   We have two Lists , and both of them have the Targeting dimensions as nms:address and a Red shift Schema.   Note: The data in the Schema is different when compared to the Lists data.   We need to exclude these Lists data from the Transactional Messages.   Please let me know if any solution works for this.
