we are on ACC v7, and moving to v8 shortly, had use case where I need to send the invoices to the customers via message Center when Realtime event is triggered , however my question is can we receive binary PDF file content /binary forms in the payload and attach it to the message and send it. Is it possible in ACC? any documentation links would be helpful. uploading it to CDN and use it is another option we are exploring as well.

Hi, The Active profiles monitoring | Adobe Campaign wiki and logs of the 'Billing' workflow give us the following information about active profiles:Targeted or communicated to in the past 12 monthsExist in the broadLogRcp, broadlogEventHisto, broadLogOperatorLogs, broadLogBatchEvent, broadLogAppSubRcp tablesOur instance to date does not utilize the BatchEvent or AppSub features. We have queried the broadLogRcp, broadLogEventHisto, and broadLogOperatorLogs tables and deduplicated on identifiers (recipient primary key for broadLogRcp, 'recipient identifier' for broadLogEventHisto, 'Primary Key (Operator)' for broadLogOperatorLogs, but the active profile count we get is slightly off. It is .8% less than the count given by the 'billing' technical workflow.  Can someone please provide the specific logic used by the 'billing' technical workflow to obtain the active profiles count? Thanks,Skyler

Hello,Using a workflow I need a step by step guide for how I can populate content/values from a csv file as variable fields into an email delivery.My csv file is fairly simple with two rows. First row with column headers which will be used for the field name and the second row will have the values to populate for those fields in the email. E.g. First column is an image url, second column is a title, and then the row underneath is the values for them. There is no recipient data like email etc.How can I upload this file into Adobe, use javascript to create these fields as temporary(?) variable fields and then use those variable fields which are then recognised within the delivery template and populate the content (all the content is the same it is not personalised).Any help is appreciated!

Hi all,    I am working on a web application where I need to apply field validation on several inputs on the first page of the survey, I do believe it can be done via initialization script and approval script tabs.   Here are the fields that I am looking to validate:   A - Should not allow future dates B - Must be an @specificdomain email C - Exactly 8 alphanumeric characters (no prefixes like #) D- Limited to 4 characters E - Must follow a valid telephone number format F - Introduce a strict validation that only allows the email.    *The letters are used to reference the variables.   Any guidance would be highly appreciated.    Best,  Celia

How do I query the AEM content path associated with a delivery. I understand this might be a javascript code. What should go in this code? So far all I have is a simple workflow with a query object that is just querying for 1 delivery Id against the delivery schema. I am outputting the delivery Id in the query result.

Per this post, I understand there is the smtpEnableTLS setting which can be configured in the server config file. I also realize this is not recommended due to the impact it will have on the overall throughput. But I am curious to know how the email will be decrypted by the recipient? How are the keys shared with each receiving domain? Can someone please shed more light on this?

I keep getting this error at the delivery activity when running a wkf:The thing is that sometimes everything work fine and the delivery is been pushed but some other times it fails as shown above.Any clue what it can be?

Hello,I have a parent program in ACS name ABC ,this has a child program named XYZ, within XYZ there are 7 campaigns set up, two campaigns are in blue and rest in green. when I try to access the delivery summary report via the dynamic reports option from within the program window it displays Zero count, I have tried changing the date range as well,  however if I go the individual delivery associated to the campaign and access the same report I get data. can someone please help me on this issue?

Hi, I was checking my data on campaign server, using advanced filter on data schema.And there is a table with fields that some of values are set as Null and others as an empty string, "".I was trying to differentiate these two types, so tried filtering with condition as below,[field A] is equal to ""and[filed A] is emptyBut for both cases, query is generated as "[fieldA] is NULL"But when I filtered with [filter A] is not empty, I still see the empty values, and when I exported it as a .csv file those values are marked as an empty cells. Does anyone know a way to resolve this issue? or do any of you know how AC save empty string values?  

Hi, Is it possible to capture personalization/conditional content in a typology rule? Take the following typology rule code which executes "at the end of analysis" for the alertAssignee delivery template.logInfo(delivery.content.text.source) This will return the following, which is the content of the alertAssignee delivery template."<%= dataSource.message %>"However, when an alert is sent out, this <%= dataSource.message %> can become many different things. How can we capture this in the typology rule?
