Adobe Campaign

I'm trying to merge multiple CSV files into one and archive the originals using javascript in Adobe Campaign. The program runs without errors but doesn't seem to actually do anything. Can anyone help figure out why? Is this particular javascript code actually supported by adobe campaign? Hello! I would like your help to understand this function correctly, please: @eventDate > = Days Ago (6) AND @eventDate < Days Ago (5) I want to filter only those who received an email 6 days ago, the first part of the condition wouldn't be enough? The @eventDate < Days Ago (5) would be a security way to guarantee that only users from six days ago will be filtered? Hello, We are looking to implement a survey for a specific campaign and exploring how to build it in ACS using the landing page capabilities.The survey is very simple - couple of questions, checkboxes (yes/no).The complexity is we don't want to save the answers in the profile table. And is likely to be duplicated to be used across the year (cohorts approach) - but I guess this could be done by creating services linked to the landing pages. Any thoughts on the best approach or how to save the information in a different table that the profile table? Thank you

For the first email is ok, but how can I create the workflow to send the following two emails depending on the customer behaviour?Shoul I start the workflouw with the Signal activity? I have a webpage (dynamic javascript page) that makes it possible to show and change the text in an email made with content manager.In the client I for example write Hold ’n’ Win in the input field to create the text in an email and that works fine.But when the same email is shown for edit in my webform the same text will show as Hold ?n? Win.This happens regardless if the string was originally written in the web form or the windows client. It always shows correctly in the client and is correct in the email going out and is always wrong in the web form showing the same text. I think it's some kind of encoding problem. But I can't seem to be able to fix it. I want to get the total counts of records (preferably in a variable) coming out from an enrichment activity (let's call it enrichment A) which I then want to use in my subsequent activities downstream ( let's call it enrichment B) . In my enrichment B activity I actually use a case / iif with this variable. The problem is count all etc is not supported in enrichment so I am thinking the only way would be to get the total count of records coming into enrichment B through a variable.  Do let me know if any ideas/ suggestions on this. Thanks

Hi Folks,  I'm trying to insert data into custom table by using Data loading > Enrichment > Update data activities on technical workflow area, the picture below for your references. Please noted: that the following data cannot be loaded into the recipient since there is different primary key, so that I needed to create and insert into custom table. As you can see in the picture, the data is not passing into update data activity. However, there is no error show up on Audit page. Hi, We are looking to implement the one-click optout process to replace our current process (click > landing page > confirm Unsubcription). I can't see any option in ACS as in AJO to simply manage/trigger the optout by just clicking in the email.  Any ideas on how to implement it easily? Should we track the clicks on a specific link in the email and run a recurring workflow to handle the optout update? Thanks!

Hi,We are getting error for "firstName" & "lastName" in nms:recipient schema. As we created an extension for nms:recipient schema, but certainly the changes were not committed and then the extended schemas were deleted manually thereafter. And it seems that deletion of those extended schema also deleted the firstName & lastName fields from nms:recipient schema.Is there any way to add the deleted fields back to OOTB nms:recipient schema as we are not able to edit the Preview tab too. Thanks

We have configured POP account to retrieve inbound emails in Adobe Campaign Classic v7, this is Windows server installation.Testing connection at deployment wizard is successful. We know that there are bounce emails in the email account, but for some reason the inMail process is not able to fetch them. Hi,   We have a requirement to capture customer's logged in status through the app, for instance if customer 1 has logged in and logged out after sometime. Then customer 2 uses the same device to login then the Push Notification triggered to the device should be personalized according to Customer 2 not Customer 1.
