Hi!!Since late december 25, beginning january 26, we have noticed a spike in Direct / Bookmarked traffic and a drop in SEO. The only reason we could find was that the spike corresponds to an update to iOS 26.We can see clearly the impact iOS had on the dropping of SEO and the rise of Direct.We investigated with other markets / projects / clients, and this does not happen in their results - it is occurring only on this specific project in Spain.The only hypothesis we have is that the iOS update is affecting Adobe and is including visits from iOS 26 as Direct rather than SEO.Is there a way to correct this? 

I signed up for the free trial and canceled the recurring charge, and yet two months later I was charged for the annual subscription. How do I get a refund since they are charging me an upfront fee after I cancelled? I can't get in touch with support.

I want to set up an alert for our Customers metric, which gets updated in AA table every day after 14 pm.The anomaly alerts that I set up are sent at 00.00 which is way earlier than the Customers table is updated. Is there a way to set up the alert to be sent after 14.00 instead of at 00.00? 

Hi,I want to create a Dimension for Entry Page.I have created a derived field, but it seems wrong, and I cannot see a Function that lets me just say "If this, then that". No else. For example, I want the field to be the Page Name of the first page on the website visited. Then I can have a field in the table of another Dimension, or a filter, and see what the Entry Pages are.I am getting alot of No Value, which doesn't make sense. Every website visit has an entry page.I have attached screenshots, sorry I have blanked out page name, because i want to keep the website anonymous. But the idea is that I can use it as a breakdown, so I can cross reference if X is the page/s I am interested in, what was the First page on the site they visited that got them there? 

Greetings.I have a website that will have two different players on its main page. They are both being tracked with Adobe Analytics and both call upon the MediaSDK, providing a mediaConfig object with the tracking server, channel, appVersion, etc. However, the two different players have different playerName values in their mediaConfig objects. Because only one player loads first, the configuration including the playerName is set for the entire page. Configuring the SDK with the second player’s values returns an error from MediaSDK saying that it’s already been configured. So any and all analytics for both players are only being housed under the first video’s analytics values. Is there a way to set up a second MediaSDK instance or otherwise edit/reset the configuration if the second video player is active?

Hiya,I currently created a VRS based on a parent RS. Other VRS can be selected in Data warehouse and the RS is also enabled Data warehouse but when I selected the one that I created, the error as below will be pop up. What else setup do i miss?FYI：Error:The virtual report suite you selected is not compatible with Data Warehouse. Choose a different report suite before continuing.  

I am familiar with Google Tag Manager’s preview/debug mode and how it helps validate tag firing, data layer, and events.I am now working with Adobe Tags (Adobe Launch / AEP Data Collection) and want to understand:Is there an equivalent to GTM’s preview/debug mode in Adobe? What tools are recommended for debugging (AEP Debugger, browser console, etc.)? How do you set up and use the debugger step-by-step? How can I test dev/staging environments similar to GTM preview mode?Any documentation, tutorials, or best practices would be helpful.

We are seeing second-hit entries being attributed to the CJA Marketing channel. However, in AA, they are classified correctly, as shown in the snapshot below.Currently, we have named this additional attributed channel as “Internal Refresh” in CJA.Is there anyway we can eliminate this data or is there anyway we can consider only "first hit of the visit" in CJA.Here is the snapshot of CJA vs AA  

I used to be able to include multiple metrics as columns in a freeform table, and when I resized one column, they would all adjust evenly. Similarly, when I overlapped a metric on top of segments, it formatted correctly with all segments grouped under that single metric.What changed, and is there a way to get back to that original setup? I know this may seem minor, but I spend a lot of time working in freeform tables, and this change is starting to feel pretty tedious.  

I have a question regarding an issue I am seeing with internal referrer data appearing in my marketing channels within Customer Journey Analytics (CJA).I am observing that the same site domain is being classified under the Internal Referrer marketing channel with a very high volume of traffic. This is unexpected, as I would expect traffic to be distributed across multiple internal domains within my organization.My current setup is as follows:The Internal Referrer marketing channel rule is based on Referring Domain contains any Internal Domain In the Internal Domain list, I have included all domains belonging to my organization This logic is implemented using a CJA Derived FieldMy concern is that a single site domain is contributing a disproportionately large amount of data to the Internal Referrer channel, instead of traffic being attributed across other internal domains within the organization.Could you please help clarify:Why the same site domain may be appearing with a much higher v

Hello,I’ve been using the Data Insertion API so far, and i’ve been informed of the end of life for the Adobe Analytics 1.4 API.However, this guide indicates that the Data Insertion API is an exception.My client’s is adamant of the opposite, quoting the EOL date that they received from the support.Is the guide i’ve provided obsolete and the Data insertion API will be closed as well? Or was there a miscommunication somewhere?

I’m currently validating Adobe Analytics tags for a banking mobile app in the UAT environment. When I trigger certain events (tags), I can see the data firing correctly in the Adobe Analytics Debugger. However, the same data does not appear in Adobe Analytics Workspace. I’ve tested this across multiple devices and operating systems, but the issue persists. What’s puzzling is that when my colleague performs the same actions from her system (different device and setup), she is able to see the data in Workspace without any issues. It seems like the problem occurs only when I test it, despite not using the same device or environment as my colleague. I’m unsure what could be blocking the data visibility on my end. Has anyone encountered a similar scenario before? Any guidance or insights would be greatly appreciated.

When looking at the flow Viz I know it shows number of path views for the previous/ next pages. But is there a way to switch it so that it displays the percentage? I know I can see the percentages if i hover over them but Id like to be able to export it so that the percentages are visible 

I have been having a hard time trying to understand what the difference between Eventual Path and Next hit on the Fallout Report means and as well why the Visits on the Fallout VS the total Visits remains different.The fallout report has 34799 Visits for a Page A and when they move to Page B they have 15.5k visits. However, when I look at the Visits of the Page A individually they stand at 39405. Also, the Page B visits are at 12K which eventually has to be 15.5k. The way page B KPI Card is made that row has Previous Page Name as A and Column has Page B as the name.  Can someone help me understand the difference why this is occuring?

Every time I go into the rule builder for classification sets it deactives and I have to reactive the set. Is that expected? How do I confirm that the rules are activated?   

Hi! I’m doing analysis on breakpoints and bringing in adobe analytics ootb dimensions but saw that some are not always reliable in another community post. I want to double check what dimensions I should be using.  So far, I’ve been using monitor resolution for desktop and mobile screen size for mobile. For both desktop and mobile, I’ve broken out by browser height-bucketed and browser width-bucketed.  The one concern i had is that most of the mobile screen size for mobile device is unspecified. Is there any suggestions on how I should be looking at this analysis?  Can I layer in monitor resolution for mobile and can I break down mobile screen size for desktop? What would be the most accurate breakdowns and what’s the difference between monitor resolution and mobile screen size? 

How come I'm getting so much unspecified for mobile screen size in AA using the ootb dimension? I’ve brought in mobile device then broke it down by mobile screen size.  What does unspecified mean?
