PDF Download - Force to Landscape

I last saw a post about this 10 years ago which promised improvements “very soon” but as far as I can tell, I still can’t force my scheduled PDFs to use landcape mode so it’s completely random what format I or my users get. 

The portrait mode cuts off many headings and squishes the data.  Like most users today, I have landscape-oriented monitors so everything looks fine on screen but the delivered results can be less than optimal. 

If I do a one-time send, I often get a landscape delivery but an automated send of the same workspace reverts to portrait mode.

Since Adobe owns the end-to-end of this process and all the tools at play, I feel like it should be possible to set my layout preference for a sent report.  Will this ever be possible?
