Is it possible to buy Customer Journey Analytics as standalone product without CDP?How then the data is collected and where is stored?

I am setting up Adobe Analytics with the WebSDK but I want to make sure we are set up for success with CJA in the future. Is there anything I can do now that will make the set up of CJA easier?  Thanks!

Hi!We are in process of Switching our App measurement code into AEP Web SDK and send data to Adobe Analytics (Use the same Schema and share data with AEP Data Lake in near future). And I see in one of the articles, adobe have mentioned that using default Adobe analytics experience event schema can create confusion for data admins or architects and it also make it difficult to use other platform services such as Adobe journey optimizer or Real - Time Customer Data Platform. Adobe also recommended to use data object that allow you to send data to Adobe analytics without confirming to XDM schema . My questions is, what exactly the drawback of using Experience event schema ?  and has anyone used data object to send data to adobe analytics and how it works ? Send data to Adobe Analytics using the Web SDK tag extension | Adobe AnalyticsThanks,Pradeep

How does the Visit Number dimension work in Adobe Analytics? Does it take into account the reporting time frame or the lifetime of the visitor?

Is there a way to configure override last touch value in CJA similar to that of adobe analytics ? How does the last touch channel attribution work for below use case? Marketing channel derived field:- if utm source equals “email” then “email”- if referrer contains “facebook/instagram” then “social”- if referrer contains “abc.com” then “Internal”- otherwise set value to “direct” use case: new user visit home page website via email(utm_source) -> user navigates to product  page -> add to cart page -> checkout page(purchase) What would be the last channel attribution for the purchase? Email? Direct?

 Hi All,I am looking for a solution to calculate the number of visits where users had at least three pageviews, but I need to exclude the visits where the third or subsequent pageview is not the Homepage. I'm wondering if anyone knows how to extract this data from Adobe Analytics?  Thanks,S Kala 

After initially attempting to used the data sync to get Adobe Analytics data into Snowflake, we are now using the Adobe Data Warehouse (the row count difference was insane because you cannot aggregate and retain hit ID).  Using the Data Warehouse, I'm seeing that when looking at the same page and same date range, I see different visit totals for a given URL or site or similar type of dimension.   It seems that in all cases, there is almost x2 the volume of visits in the Adobe Data warehouse compared to what I see for the same in Adobe workspace.             Is there a way I should be calculating visits on the Snowflake side?  This way, when I create a view, and visualize in Tableau, I will see visit data consistent to what I see in Workspace.   (if you are asking why we are bringing this into snowflake and visualizing in Tableau.  We are going to join this data into our backend lead-funnel data so that

The user flow I have is as follows: CTA is displayed on page > user clicks CTA> directed to privacy agreement page > agrees to the terms and conditions > directed to experience. I do not have tracking for the last part of this journey, only up until they click agree. Furthermore, once they have clicked 'agree' once, they will never need to do that again, so the next time they click the CTA they are directed straight to the experience. Now I am trying to get an understanding of how many users are getting to the experience on a weekly basis. But, I can't quite figure out how to design this segment. It won't just be clicks on the CTA, because that misses people who clicked on the CTA but didn't agree to the privacy rules. It also won't be people who clicked the CTA AND agreed to the privacy terms, because that misses out people who have previously agreed and just get directed straight ahead to the experience. Hello, We have a client that wants to create a modal informing the current number of views in a product page. The idea is to create a sense of urgence and cause conversions. I.e. "x clients are currently seeing this product". Is it possible to capture this metric via Adobe Analytics API and then store it in the local storage? We thought of using it to build an activity in Adobe Target to fulfill this requirement. Any ideas?Thanks in advance.

I'm trying to match up a Data Warehouse report to an Adobe Analytics Workspace, but the values aren't matching. I'm using 5 dimensions and 1 metric. When I filter for the same Dimensions on both, the Data Warehouse reports back a much higher number (2x-5x). I'm assuming that the Data Warehouse data hasn't been deduplicated but the Workspace data has. Is this the case? Is there a way I can dedupe the data before pulling it? 

I am running an experiment and would like to understand how the beginning user journey may impact choices and time spent at the final point in the user journey.Specifically, I would like to understand exit rates on the final page of the user journey, the average time spent on the final page, and also a fall-out view showing where my users go to after the final page. In my scenario, I have 2 different starting pages, but they all lead to the same final page as the user goes through the flow.I was wondering if the following logic would get me what I am after.First, I create a fall-out with the specified journey I am interested in:Journey 1:custom_link = Experience_A --> custom_link = CTA_1 --> page_url = www.finalpage.comJourney 2:custom_link = Experience_B --> custom_link = CTA_1 --> page_url = www.finalpage.com If I create two segments for these two journeys, and apply the metrics: Exit rate and Time Spent per Visit, will that give me the exit

Hi everyone,on the pages linked to the partner program  a concern has been raised about the inconsistency of the valorization of the variable v84 Partner Name.The v84 should be valued with the name of the partner to which the page refers but the number of page views is different whether we consider the page name once or the v84. (8% discrepancy).The aim would be to find out which of the two tables is reliable (or more reliable) and understand possible reasons of this discrepancy. Suggestions?Thanks

Please do not remove this mods (and let me know if I am doing something wrong). The flow, when working correctly is intended as follows:User sees CTA > Clicks CTA > Directed to a privacy consent page > Agrees to consent by clicking a button > Directed to experience. The first flow I am trying to design is when users encounter an error during the consent page loading, and during when they agree to the consent.These errors are broadly categorised as by an evar called Evar1: consent_start_error and consent_submit_error. If there is no error then Evar1 takes the value of "consent_success".The specific type of error that they face is identified by another evar called Evar2: error300, error350, error400, + n more valuesconsent_start_error only takes the value of error350, whereas consent_submit_error can take either of the two errors - error300 and error350.

I'm trying to do a quick check between freeform and analytics for what in analytics is customer profile -> time zones report. For some reason ours looks off by 1 hour and I wanted to look a freeform. No Time Zone report (also not available in Ad-Hoc) and try making a segment with time zone that doesn't work at all either.Is time zone getting depreciated? (the map isn't available anymore either in analytics)but it is missing from free form

If we hide any variable in Adobe Analytics, will its instances metric still be available for use in workspace or it will also get concealed with it?
