Data Warehouse issue export csv

Hi,

After i export some dimentions and metrics in csv format. when i open the csv file in excel, the dimension "hour" is called "date range hour" but the cell is in a weird format like "124061322" . Maybe i need to convert to a date format but i cant find how.
