Hello,
I have a question for organizations using Workfront's built-in AI. Is it capable of performing actions such as creating multiple copies of an issue and updating a specific field for each copy? For instance, if I enter a prompt, could it create three copies where copy 1 has option A, copy 2 has option B, and so on while keeping everything else same?
Can it perform actions or currently capabilities can fetch data only?
Thanks!

Hi, if you're referring to the AI Assistant, no, it cannot perform those actions at this time. Here is what it can do.

Thank you for the response. If you are using AI Assistant, I am interested to know your opinion on whether the Workfront AI assistant is worthwhile.
My company has concerns about Adobe's terms, particularly regarding sharing company data for training. If it is not worth it, I will not push them for Workfront AI.

Hi Manish,
I think there are two schools of thought on AI being worth it.
1. There are many features that, if the users are trained, will help improve workflow. For Sys Admins and Group Admins, the AI Assistant helps us quite a bit with formulas.
2. Having the AI Assistant, you become part of the user group that can continually give the AI Assistant feedback to teach it how you process work. You may not see immediate results from your feedback with the AI Assistant, but the engineers are reviewing comments and looking for ways to improve the AI Assistant.
I can't share too much, but I can you there are some features on the roadmap that will surely enhance how people process work. Depending on the concerns, I think it is worth to continue to push.
Scott
I do think it's worth playing around with it - you will see over the coming months that AI is/will be more infused to all Adobe products, not just WF. Many agents are in beta state and more will be getting release for WF, the project health addition within the AI Assistant was just released to beta a couple weeks ago for example, and even that has a lot on the roadmap. To your initial question, the Assistant WILL have expanded capabilities to actually take action for you (i.e. update this project completion date to XYZ, copy ABC issues in this project, assign all open tasks in this project to [name], etc.). Not sure about your specific prompt example. The AI Form fill was another thing that just got released to beta. Just know with all of these to have some patience as what you see today is just the start (beta) as the various agents evolve.
Thank you both @Madalyn_Destafney and @ScottMo1. I'll try it out in Sandbox if my company approves my request.
