Which type report will help?

Hi to All,

 

Anyone can help / suggest from your expertise to create below type report.

The planned and actual hours for all the tasks my team (per team member) worked on (actual hours) last week. I want to group it by Project Name.

What type of report is the best or need to create any custom field?

Hi! I think there are a few reports on the people manager dashboard blueprint that capture what you are looking for: https://experienceleaguecommunities.adobe.com/t5/workfront-discussions/blueprint-released-people-man...

 

I use the 'My Team's Completed Tasks - Planned vs. Actual Hours by Project' report on that dashboard to pull that information. You can filter for the previous week within that report too.

I would use an assignment report instead of a task report. A task report won't break it down by user the way assignment reports do. 

 

To get the actual hours of the assignments will require some text mode if you are familiar with that but everything else are native options.
