Where is the "subject" field in a queue topic being pulled from? I want to change the name of the field - if that is possible. Thanks. Benetta Perry APS
I don't believe that's possible. It's an automatic field (I assume hardcoded within Workfront) with no check box or anything to toggle it off. Ditto to what Vic said....it is an out of box field, therefore you can't rename it. Although, I'd be super happy if we could rename some of those fields! Admin Kelly-Wehrmann SSFCU
