Where are you creating new product feature requests?

Where are you creating new product feature requests? I thought we should go to https://support.workfront.com/hc/en-us/requests/new, and create your ticket. When you go there to open a product feature request, you get an automated link to a help article that should tell you how to open a product feature request. This is the link : https://support.workfront.com/hc/en-us/articles/220262768-Submitting-a-Feature-Request?input_string=... It directs you to what I think is the old ticket management system: https://helpdesk.workfront.com/login Is the help article out of date? What are you doing to get product feature requests sent to WorkFront? Thanks!

I just created a product feature request in what I think is the old system. The Rachel Hamilton bot just sent a reply. I wonder why that system is still up and running. Whose picture did they assign to the bot and does she know her image is being assigned to a bot? I can tell my grandchildren proudly I had nothing to do with the rise of the machines :-)

Here is the official answer from WorkFront customer care - I didn't know this. I'm happy I asked. Hi Eric, Thanks for your message. Currently for submitting feature requests you need to use our previous Helpdesk: https://helpdesk.workfront.com/login . Our updated Support Site: https://support.workfront.com should be used for a) getting help; b) reaching out to the WF Community; and c) logging tickets all from one place. However, we are also planning to include the option for submitting Feature Requests in the current Support Site to make our Customers' experience easier and handy. I will make sure to keep you posted about the upcoming changes. Kindly, Anna
