Using Workfront for Daily Tasks??

Anyone come up with a tried and true way (process) to maintain daily tasks? We have areas that have an average of 10- 20 tasks that need to be done either daily, weekly or monthly. I thought creating a template would be good but is there any other way? Thank you. ~ Susan Susan

Hi Susan, We do bucket projects that have recurring tasks. Like I have a project for myself that has all the various status meetings I have with our 16 different agencies and then I also have one for all my various weekly, monthly, or quarterly clean up tasks. Our Analytic teams also use recurring tasks to run different types of reports for various clients. In that case, it is a little trickier because they need multiple bucket projects (since there are different job numbers that tie to our financial system). It is a great way to block that time in resource grids/utilization reports and also makes it easy for me to reassign something to someone when I'm going to OOTO and things still need to get done. Hi, Anthony. Thank you for sharing. Do you use templates for your bucket projects? Susan

You may have already tried this, but have you tried the Recurring Task (either in a Template or a Bucket Project)?
