User not appearing when trying to assign within Scheduling tool

We are running into a few instances when trying to assign a user using Scheduler > Actions > Assign User, where only a few of the users within the Job Role are appearing as options to choose from on certain projects. I have even tried turning off the Limit Assignments to Users with matching Role setting, and they are still not appearing as options.

This does not happen on all projects so I don't believe it is a user setting. Maybe on the project template level? I am stumped! Any help is appreciated!

Hi Kasey,

Just as a guess... is the Limit Assignments to the Group associated with the Project toggled on in the settings and is preventing additional users from being seen? If that doesn’t solve it, you’ll want to submit a support case to do some digging.

No that doesn't seem to be the issue - we have that turned off :(

Oh dang it... sounds like you need to submit a support case so they can help troubleshoot with you in your instance.
