Use Router to place requests in campaign

I am hoping to route requests to specific campaigns based on custom form on request.

 

For example, in the custom form I will ask which campaign are you a part of?

- January Campaign 

-March Campaign 

 

Based on that information, I want to route my request to that specific campaign. How can I set this up?

hi there,

assuming you use terminology switch where campaign==project you can use combination of queue topics and routing rules to direct request to desired project. You can read more about this here:
