Hi, general question for those on marketing technology teams. We're working on updating titles/job descriptions. Our marketing manager doesn't want to use titles that would be used in IT, but we want to be able to communicate what these roles mean (especially on job postings). What do you all call these roles: 1. IT title Business Analyst: person who is the liaison between our stakeholders and our technical team. Works to understands process, has enough system knowledge to answer questions and deliver training on simple updates 2. IT title Business System Analyst: person who takes the work from person 1 and translates it into documentation/technical requirements 3. Application Analyst: person who provides user support on applications, does the day to day maintenance (like in WF, adjusts reports by adding columns, adding choices to forms, etc.) Thanks Kristine Ross
