Hi all, from yesterday (22 Aug 2019) I'm not able to see tasks list from my project page even if I have a System Administrator access. This is causing big issues...anybody faced this problem? Due to the contract I'm not able to use on line or live chat support. I've tried to send an email on the info mail. thank you all Alice Gregnanin GSK

Something in your view or filter is corrupted. Try doing a user reset by going to https://xxxx.my.workfront.com/resetUser and it should fix it.

We are having problems of tasks not showing, but when we refresh the browser - it is fixed. This just started happening. Looking to see if others are experiencing this and if a ticket is already opened or not. I have not reset any users at this time. Benetta Perry APS

Was your problem, of tasks not displaying, intermittent or permanent - you all saw none - and was it all users or just some - trying to determine if I need to open a ticket or not, to see if I have a corrupted column etc .... Thanks Benetta Perry APS

Hi Alice (and Benetta, and Adina), I am KEENLY interested in this one, as - since the weekend - I have been working with @Melinda Layten to resolve an API bug wherein the plannedDateAlignnment is defined as an "int" (according to the metadata; always has been so, and always should be, in my opinion), but is currently returning as "string". Computers get cranky trying to convert non-numeric strings into numbers. As do I. Regards, Doug Doug Den Hoed - AtAppStore
