Projected Duration question

I have a task on a project that has a Projected Duration far longer than it should. It is causing the Projected Completion Date to run past the Planned Completion Date, causing it to look at risk. Any ideas on what is driving that extended Projected Duration. (The predecessor is projected to finish early!) Amber Nyssen TCCA

Hi - there could be a number of issues unfortunately since projected start and completion look at a number of things. Something that has happened to me before was that one of the assignee's commit date was way off. The project was originally scheduled for Q4, they committed, and then the project moved up to Q3. Because their commit date was still in Q4, the projected completion date for that task was really messed up. Not sure if that is the issue here, but thought I'd share that info. ;) Anthony Imgrund FCB
