The Marketing Systems Specialist will serve as the Workfront system expert for the Marketing Services team and will be responsible for the administration of the widely used project management software. Tasks will include the day-to-day administration of the program, troubleshooting system issues as well as submitting and resolving support tickets as required. Additionally this individual will assist in process improvement efforts and will be responsible for creating and maintaining process documentation, as well as monitoring and enforcing process adherence. As part of this role, the Marketing Systems Specialist will be responsible for creating, maintaining and updating Workfront schedule templates, approval processes as well as work orders, creative briefs and all other custom forms and form fields that are utilized in the system for project submission, production and data mining. This system expert will have a solid understanding of Workfront reporting capabilities and will create and provide necessary reports, data, and dashboards for executives, business partners, finance partners, production and account/project management teams. This individual will also be responsible for managing the rollout of new functionality inclusive of testing, training and troubleshooting as well as managing integrations with other company software, as required. Key Responsibilities: •
Serve as system expert and apply knowledge to assist in process, project and organizational problem solving capacity •
Refine system user and project hierarchy and manage Workfront user permissions and system access levels •
Ensure proper project and data set-up and use for accurate financial reporting •
Manage report creation and maintenance and will intake and manage report creation requests •
Supports Workfront software administration and maintenance by creating and modifying schedule templates, custom forms and approval processes; assisting in resource scheduling; adding and removing users and performing other system maintenance tasks Minimum Requirements/Qualifications: •
Bachelor's degree in marketing, web, or related discipline or equivalent work experience •
Minimum 5 years related experience •
Ability to perform under pressure and thrive in fast-paced environments •
Strong relationship building skills and the ability to work with multiple team members across departments in a collaborative and professional way •
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work with a sense of urgency to meet deadlines Non-Negotiable Hiring Criteria: •
