Scorecards: Deactivating & Updating

Hello,

We have 2 scorecard options - Project & Campaign. We would like to merge them into a single option. Is there a method to deactivate the scorecard without deleting it, as we wish to retain data visibility for older projects?

Additionally, what steps should I take to eliminate a scorecard question that has become obsolete?

Thank you

Monica

Update: when I closed and reopened the scorecard, I saw the option to delete a question.

I still need to know how to deactivate a scorecard.

there's no way to deactivate a scorecard.

One option to retain the answers, would be to keep the scorecard that is on the most projects, and then manually update the answers on the rest of the existing projects. If you have a lot of projects, you might want to go with an automated solution for this, such as fusion.

Thank you.  For now, I added DO NOT USE in the title.
