RETREIVE REQUEST INFORMATION FROM TOPIC GROUP

Hi All, Is it possible to collect the information via Reporting to gather Queue Topics counting via Topic Group. Since I tried but as Workfront support, since it is not possible. What kind of information are you looking to gather from the topic group? I ask because we just implemented a complex topic group intake system and I've had to set up dashboards for our team members that pulled information per topic group. Cheers! Jeannie Hart Cambia Health Solutions, Inc
