reporting on issue/request info on project

I see on an issue report how I can show the resolving project info. Is there a way to show the original issue/request info on the project report?

We have some requests that were turned into multiple projects by mistake, and I'm trying to find them.

    Hi Krissy, I just learned about a new field this week just for this purpose. If used on a project report, the field. is Project -> Converted Issue Name.

    The only thing I haven't gotten to work yet is a hyperlink on the issue name.
