A lot of us Workfront Proof users like to lock stages when they are done so that new comments don't pop up at weird times through out the route. However, when you lock a stage, the people in it cannot reply to comments later so if tagged in another comment or if there is something they need to clarify, they can't unless the Proof Owner goes in and unlocks it.
This causes work to stop/pause or you do what a lot of my agencies have done and keep stages unlock and just pray a lot that people follow process and don't post new comments after they are "done".
