Unable to tag Reviewers in Preview Proofing Environment

We are using Preview environment for UAT.

As part of workflow, a Marketing Activity Lead (Plan License) needs to tag one of the Reviewer License user so that he can be informed on the task action.

In Production environment we are able to tag a Reviewer but its not happening in the Preview Proofing Environment.

Is this a known issue? Please advise.
