Proof approvals default list?

Hi

We can't use the automated approval workflows in Proof because they are constantly changing, so when V2 comes along it's up to the designer to remember to clear out all the previous reviewers from the last round before sharing the proof with the Project Manager. Sometimes they forget. We've been fairly successful at training, but when it goes wrong, it's really embarrassing. Does anybody have a way to ensure that the previous reviewer list is cleared out with each version so as to avoid this mistake? Is there any default setting that can change Version Proofs to start from scratch with the reviewer list?
