I wanted to share the steps that Workfront Support gave me for a fix:
1. Close all instances of Adobe
2. Click the 3 dots on the right side of the browser to open Chrome Settings
3. Click Clear Browsing Data, when the box opens hit "Cancel"
4. Click "Site Settings" at the bottom/middle of the screen
5. Click "View permissions and data stored across sites"
6. Type Adobe in the search at the top/middle of the page
7. Click "Delete displayed Data"
8. Sign in again the next time you open Workfront
