Like Syke said, it's just an old flag from before the Admin Console. We have a lot of users with that flag next to their names, but it's always removed after one of these users logs in to Workfront for the first time.
Description - Some users (either on accident or on purpose) list the tasks of a project by percent complete, start date, due date, etc. instead of by the task number. This leads to them requesting help or questioning if Workfront has had an update that then blocks them from seeing "+ Add More Tasks"...
Either having a section in the recycling bin for template tasks or having some sort of undo button in the UI when editing a template would be extremely helpful.
Having to check on the places a deactivated user still has access to and remove them is a big time sync. It would be a huge time saver if deactivated users lost their permissions to items they previously had access to.
I wish there was a system setting to turn on or off of the all the Adobe pop-ups that users receive. They confuse some users at times (particularly ones who aren't in Workfront regularly) or many of our users don't need to know about an upcoming Adobe event because it doesn't apply to them.
It's 2025 and this is still not an option. It would be nice to have the little "reorder" dots next to the prompts as you're adding them to a report rather than removing and readding them in the correct order.
Like others, we create and use specific teams that have manage access for their request queue projects. The team names align with the names of the request queues as a means to help know which group is for which queue.
Thanks for the clarification! I wasn't sure if a form with calculated fields to pull in from the project form was the only way or not. I'm working on the calculated fields for the form now.
