My organization's photography team is having some challenges with managing the image selection process within Workfront Proof. They are currently uploading all of the images from the photo shoot as a proof in the project and asking the requestor to identify their image selections by commenting on the photos within the proof. As you can imagine, navigating all of the comments on 50-100 images is cumbersome. It would be preferred if there was a way for the requestor to simply check a box (or similar) next to each image they are choosing within the proof that would then output a list of the images selected. We are not using the Workfront DAM solution currently as we have another solution in place for that. Would love to hear from other organizations as to how you handle the image selection process in Workfront!
We usually create a contact sheet and upload that to Proof, rather than the images themselves. Having multiple to a page makes marking up selections easier.
Thank you, Miraj! We kicked that idea around, too. Was hoping for something a little more automated with a check box to select the chosen images but a contact sheet is worth trying!
