pdf with annotations?

Is there way we can upload a PDF with annotations and can view them in proof or as a document?

I think the only way you can currently do this would be to "print" your PDF again, and select the option for "Documents and Markups" under the "Comments and Forms" section that is on the printer popup. In other words, print your PDF as a PDF with markups visible and then upload that file.
