Fields with no Forms or Reports

How do we see/filter the fields which are not used in any of the forms or reports? 

So that I would be able to cleanup them as part of system maintenance activity.

Could someone let me know if there is a way or text mode filter that i can apply to achieve this result?

Take a look at the System Administration Maintenance Dashboard under Blueprints in Workfront.   This is a several helpful dashboards including custom forms and custom fields.   And even better - you don't have to create the reports and dashboards!!!!

This is a good place to start! If you just need a filter in your Custom Form -> Fields area, this text mode will do the trick. I review that once or twice a month just to make sure I haven't abandoned any tests and left clutter out there.
