We have found the search feature cumbersome and clunky. It also does not seem to have any rhyme or reason to how it provides results - I would think newest first, but for some reason no.
We discourage the team from using it and instead have a dashboard linked to their navigational bar that is for 'Advanced Search'. It allows them multiple prompts and choices and really helps much more.
