Non-task assigned time tracking

Hi Team: My subject line is a convoluted way of saying we want to track "General Time" - those hours which include non-project meetings, sick time, etc. etc. Right now my report shows Regular Hours and Overtime but I am most interested in the non-billable time which is included in the regular hours. Anyone know how to access that category of hours?
