Unable to get Assigned Requests to Populate Workload Balancer

Greetings - We are unable to get any assigned requests to populate our Workload Planner. Any suggestions on how to get it to populate? TY Deb

Make sure you toggle the setting on in the Workload Balancer, see screenshot.

Just realized you said Planner, you can also do this in Planner by clicking the gear icon in the upper right hand corner - see screenshot.
