Missing Error Notifications?

Anyone else notice that they no longer getting error notifications when completing an invalid operation within Workfront (ie: predecessor loops or your start date can't be after your completion date type errors).

I submitted a support ticket but it sounds like this will take a while to fix (end of December). Wondering if we are the only ones with the problem or if others are experiencing the same thing?
