Can I check what is normal for logging hours as I'm getting more issues raised about access to log hours. I'm being told that this is just how it is.
Some users can no longer log time via the WLB summary panel. If they only have contribute permission to the task (not the project), then the 3 dots menu doesn't appear on the task line to be able to open the panel.
If they have contribute permission to the Project, the 3 dot menu is available, but the option to Log Hours is not shown in the panel.
However, I'm finding these same people can log hours via the the older "Current Home Page", locating task, clicking and there it is.
Has there been a change or is it just a coincidence that I've had an increase in Log Hours questions recently?
