Locking Proofs When Next Stage Starts

I'm working with automated workflows in Workfront to have it lock the proofs after the deadline passes. If I have the workflow set up to lock the proof immediately after the deadline passes, the stage does lock correctly. (See the promo proof workflow screenshot)

However, for the final proof, I would like to have a grace period. So, the deadline is end of day Friday. I'd like to have it lock Sunday evening or early Monday morning. I tried setting up the workflow for the final proof to lock the proof "When the next stage starts" and to start the second stage at a specific date and time. (See the final proof workflow screenshot). This does not automatically lock the proof when the second stage starts. I'm wondering if I need to change something or if there is a bug on Workfront's end? Any suggestions would be appreciated.

For your final stage, you can choose after deadline passes + X days...is this what you're looking for?

And you can change the area to the right too:

It looks like that sets the deadline for when the second stage ends. I'm trying to get the first stage (merchants/buyers commenting and approving) to lock when the second stage begins so the designers can get started looking at the corrections without someone trying to sneak in and add more comments.

I did a test where I set the deadline for the first stage to end at 12:45 p.m. today and to lock when the second stage activates. Then, I set the second stage to activate at 1:00 p.m. (13:00) today. 15 minutes past 1:00 p.m. the proof was still unlocked and the add comment and make decisions buttons were still available. I'm trying to have a gap in time in between the deadline for the first stage and the beginning of the second stage and that seems to be messing up the auto-locking. I attached a screenshot of how I setup the proof.
