We are switching to using Kanban Agile set up and I am having an issue where it defaults the 1st column to "Not Started" but this is unneeded because we have the "Backlog" Column so they are basically the same thing. It will not allow me to remove this column though. I know in the configure documents it says the 1st column needs to equate to a "New" status but we have another team where their 1st column equates to "In Progress." We can't seem to figure out how this other team was able to remove the "Not Started" Column from their board though. I know it's something small I am missing but I am a bit stumped on this one. Thanks for any help!
