there is, but the workfront system admin would have to generate the API key on the user, and the user would have to be familiar with the workfront API. Also sounds like you can't do this if you're on the adobe IMS.
The best practice would be to set up a separate account to do the calling, so that if the user's permissions change (e.g. transfer to a different team or leave the company) the pBI reports are unaffected.
