We have dashboards that have many reports on them that show an aggregate of the entire teams work and are grouped by team member. Is there a way to apply a filter to all reports on one dashboard outside of manually applying a filter to each report?
We would like to see this dashboard of reports for just one team member at a time in addition to the team as a whole.

It's not currently an option with Workfront's current dashboard functionality, but it's something that will be coming with the new Canvas Dashboards. There was a call yesterday regarding the new canvas dashboards where they touched on this.
Hi @bnoblecchmc,
In an Adobe webinar yesterday, I believe the idea of enhancing Workfront dashboards to support a top-level prompt that would apply to the reports on the dashboard was mentioned, but would defer to @MattMi3 for confirmation and eta.
In the meantime, I invite you to consider our UberFilter solution which can spare you loads of report cloning and maintenance effort by letting your users choose a dashboard level filter that will update the filters of all related reports at once vs separate prompting.
Regards,
Doug

Echoing Kellie here. Also @bnoblecchmc you could also consider the users using a ‘my tasks’ or ‘my projects’ etc. filter in each report as they wish…so default would be whole team but they could use the ‘my’ filter on any of them anytime…
Thank you for sending. The recording was very informative!
