Anyone can go to Workfront One to see resources and documentation but only people with accounts can interact with Community.
Yes! Anyone can get an account to log in (customer support might have to help get them set up, but once they are taken care of, they are in!) Most of the content on here is not behind a login though, so they are welcome to browse the site and resources without logging in. The log in is required for the community, the Innovation Lab, and of course support tickets (but I'm assuming that a worker or planner isn't an Authorized Support Contact anyway).
