Let's give this one some love: Gantt View - Export to Excel https://experience.workfront.com/s/idea/0870z000000PSk2AAG/detail Our planners were disappointed in the Gantt functionality and even moreso with the PDF exports of said charts (which even to me are..."odd"), so were even more disappointed they couldn't export to an Excel for manipulation there or move the data to something like Smartsheets. Yeah - we finally gave up and an internal developer and I worked on this on our own. We were able to get it up and launched around Thanksgiving. It has been great. We combined it with our need to color code our unique "task types". We talk about it our Leap session if you are able to make it: Tuesday, April 28th at 2:30pm :) Anthony Imgrund FCB

Work Item Report Enhancements - https://experience.workfront.com/s/idea/0870z000000XhifAAC/detail While the Work Items report does allow you to simultaneously report on both issues and tasks, the sorting and grouping is very limited as you can only sort/group by Issue XYZ or Task XYZ, not just XYZ. Hey Everyone, I would really appreciate any help with bumping these ideas up. Notifications when Task/Issue status changes ( https://experience.workfront.com/s/idea/0870z000000XhxBAAS/detail ) - This is super helpful for when the task is being managed by a Project Manager and other people are completing the task. Our teams have anywhere from 5 - 25 projects happening at the same time and right now, they have to manually go in and check the status (when they remember) or ask the person completing the task to tag them in an update and it would be super helpful for them to have the option to receive a notification when the status of a task changes. Multiple Teams on Single Task ( https://experience.workfront.com/s/idea/0870z000000PSV8AAO/detail ) * This one is not my idea and currently shows as Not Planned but this would be HUGE for us as well so I would appreciate any help voting on this to try and change the Workfront product team's mind. Hi Erica - while you are waiting for the notifications, I'd thought I'd share a report with you that has really helped my PMs when they need to monitor if things are getting done. It is a task report (grouped by project) that is filtered to show tasks on projects they own that are due this week or overdue. That way they can see everything for all 25 projects. I've also included the Assignments and Status column so they can 1) see if someone finished their part like I did in the first task so they know to go after Sally, and 2) see if the person has even clicked Work On It yet. So pretending my task wasn't a month late and is like due today, I would, as the PM, be very concerned that Sally is still in the Requested state as she has probably never even looked at the task yet. DEFINITELY need to follow up with her. In the second task, you see that my status is Working, so I've looked at the task and clicked the Working On It button so there is a good chance I'l be good for Friday, but, if I have time, I might follow up to make sure. I hope that helps. Like I said, a lot of our PMs love this report. It is actually the homepage for 13 of our 15 PM layout templates :) Anthony Imgrund FCB

Hi all!

I want report groupings to be clickable as links, where applicable. For example, if I create a task report and group by project name, I should be able to click the project name in the grouping header to go to that project. As a workaround, we have to add a column for project name, which shows redundant information.

We didn't even know this was something PHQ could do, and it is really easy to miss when a reviewer has attached a document to their comment.

Doesn't fit our process, but we have a few reviewers who are of the sort of "it exists as a feature, why can't I?"

So, would like to be able to turn it off.

PHQ: Overdue Notification

As it stands now, PHQ proofs that go overdue only notify the user once via the Daily Summary.

We want a mechanism that pesters them every day it's overdue.

This long-awaited idea could resolve many issues for businesses. Sometimes, I’m surprised that Workfront hasn’t prioritized this functionality. Either the development is delayed, or there’s a lack of vision from the product development managers which is lack of understanding of business. Developments are often viewed solely from an IT perspective, but I believe there is a significant market in the manufacturing sector that also connects to IT. This is quite overlooked by Adobe Workfront till today.
