Hi, did anything ever come of this? My team is voicing similar complaints.

Ability to customize the order of request types / request queues by user or layout. If this isn't possible, then ability for non-public request queues to be in the "top 3" spots above all other queues (currently, only public queues can be in those top 3 spots).
