I cannot see the list of projects under Program with error message

I tried to see the projects under the program( which I could see it before) however, the below error message shows up. 
I refresh the page, re-start workfront and PC, did everything I can do, but still I cannot see the list of projects ( only project I cannot see...)

"An error has occurred and we are working to resolve the request. To continue with your work, try refreshing this browser page." 

If there are anyone knows how to fix this? That would be super helpful!

This seems to happen time to time on random pages in WF, I've experienced it many years. It usually goes away within 30mins or so. I'd also try clearing your cache (something not listed in the actions you took). If you don't get the message anymore but still see no projects in that program, then make sure you don't have a filter on that would hide the projects you're expecting to see.

@WakakoKa - In addition to what Madalyn said, sometimes when a bad filter, view or grouping is created it can cause the error message. If you've tried clearing your cache and it didn't work, you will need to reset your user preferences to restore the list.

I'm hoping you can help with a similar issue?

I cannot see any tasks within projects on my Workfront, I keep getting the error message below?

I have reset my cache, but have had no luck. 

Any help is greatly appreciated.
