How can users delegate approvals and tasks using New Home instead of legacy Work List?

From memory, we mentioned to the product team that there appears to be no way to delegate work items (tasks and issues) via the new Home. To delegate approvals, you can do this using the control in the "Awaiting My Approval" widget.
