On dropdown lists, we use both the Label + Value for a choice. We then use calculated fields to consolidate the choices across multiple dropdowns; however, since we used both the Label + Value, what returns in the calculated field is the Value (which isn't the user friendly name). Does anyone have any tips for getting the calculated field to pickup the Label here instead of Value?
We do use IF statements as the workaround, but it is cumbersome when there are a lot of choices / maintenance.

Hi @RobertDy - We've requested an enhancement for this (who knows if it will be added though, but fingers crossed!), but our short-term solution has been using a calculated field with a replace statement.
Oh man... what a nightmare. That defeats the whole purpose of having the ability to alter the label separately from the value for our purpose
Fingers crossed they listen. I have a support ticket in with them now.
Do you have a link to the feature request so I can upvote?
