Has anyone conducted internal surveys to gauge user experience with Workfront?
We rolled out a relatively short poll to our users and wanted to see if anyone else has done this and what your results were. I attached our 4 question survey in the attachments in case anyone wants to see.
- What was your survey response rate? We had about 19% of people who took the survey (131 out of 700 users), but we were told that that was low.
- We had a question "Would you recommend Workfront to a colleague or friend?" and it generated a pretty low NPS, which was extremely shocking to us. If you had a similar NPS question on your survey, what was your score? Were you able to increase that over time? If so, how?
