Dave, if you have ultimate licensing plan then you'll have use of the Data Connect feature, which is designed to provide you a read-only setup of your WF data within a private Snowflake area. Your Analytics groups could then use the login and setup information provided for the Snowflake set up. Here's info on Data Connect that could help, https://experienceleague.adobe.com/en/docs/workfront/using/reporting/data-lake/data-lake-overview
Dont have the Ultimate license plan? Well, there isn't really a way to connect BI tools without Data Connect so you're going to have to create reports, send to data team (use the repeating send function of reporting), download and they can upload to BI tools.

Hi @Dave_O_Jo,
Picking up on "Don't have the Ultimate license plan?" from @Kurt_Jones...
If the end justifies the means, I invite you to consider our Magic Reports solution to engage us to create informative and professional custom reports tailored to your exact specification, no Fusion required, embedded right within Workfront, and run in real time against live data. I'd be happy to chat further via doug.denhoed@atappstore.com.
Regards,
Doug
