Group/Team assignment for proofs

Hello,

I am looking for ways to assign a team/group to a proof for approval. Similar to how tasks can be assigned to a team, we wanted to see if it would be feasible to assign a team to a proof and have a team member approve/review the proof. We have created automated proof templates that kinda help, but it is still individual users who keep changing. The groups created in PoofHQ are more for sharing, so I wanted to ask here to see if anyone has any solution for this.

This is a limitation of ProofHQ, it doesn't share the foundational Team, Group components of Workfront.  You've done what the workaround available which is setting up automated templates with individual names (but yes individuals change).  Wish I could provide better news 😞
